By taking these essential steps, you can enjoy your tattoo for years to come while showcasing your commitment to its longevity.

First Day Care Tips
Once you’ve received your tattoo, proper care is crucial during the initial three days with your second skin. It’s normal to see some blood, plasma, and ink accumulation under the wrap. Be sure to steer clear of workouts or excessive sweating to any risk of infection. When it’s time to take off the adhesive, do this in a warm shower using non-scented Dial soap for your first wash. Afterward, allow your tattoo to air dry and begin your Aquaphor treatment—applying it twice daily during the first week and once daily in the second week.
Healing Journey
During the two-week healing journey of your tattoo, it's completely normal experience some sensations. In the first couple of days, you may feel mild soreness, especially depending on the size of the tattoo. Additionally, itching, peeling, flaking, and scabbing are common occurrences. If you notice any of these symptoms, applying Aquaphor can soothe your skin.
